Property Description

This is a town tax sale property. There is a 30 day waiting period after a fully executed contract. The 30 days is a window for public feedback. Under the statute, if Town residence object to the sale, they have 30 days from the date of the notice to submit a petition to the Town. If a petition is signed by at least 5% of the towns registered voters, the select, Board cannot just sell the property, they must call a special Town meeting, so the voters can decide whether to approve or reject the sale. No engineering has been done on this lot.
